C.01 — actual output
Pine Hollow Medical Plaza building directory render in 1080 by 1920 portrait orientation

Identical, every time.

This sign was generated by Wayslap from a spreadsheet. Not designed in Photoshop. Not retouched. Not approximated.

Same data in, same sign out — every time. Swap one tenant for another and only that line changes. No reflowing the whole layout the way Word and InDesign do.

D.01 — what wayslap does not do
It doesn't host your data.
runs on your computer. period.
It doesn't sync to a cloud.
your tenant list never leaves your computer.
It doesn't track you.
no analytics. no account. nothing sent anywhere.
It doesn't bundle your data into the app.
handing the app to a colleague doesn't hand them your data.
E.01 — who built it, who it's for

For the people who currently lose an afternoon every time a tenant moves out.

Wayslap was built for property managers, signage operators, and lobby-display techs — the people quietly fighting Word templates and Photoshop layers when the right answer is a tool that just generates the sign for you.

It is a single-developer app from MEDiAGATO LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina. Steve Kingsley, building it because he had to ship the same kind of thing for someone else and the existing options were embarrassing.
